Terms of Service
Who we are
Outclass (outclass.design) is an AI designer for mobile apps, based in India 🇮🇳 ("Outclass", "we", "us"). These terms apply to the Outclass website, workspace, share links, APIs and MCP connectors. By creating an account or using Outclass you agree to them and to the policies they refer to: the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI Usage and Content Ownership Policy, the Refund Policy, the Subscription and Cancellation Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub or Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping that sign-in account secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. If you use Outclass for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
Plans, credits and payment
Plans, prices and what uses credits are set out in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: it runs checkout, charges your payment method, collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues receipts and invoices. Prices are in US dollars. We never see your full card details. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Price changes
We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you. Your current price stays until your first renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
Your content and AI output
You own your prompts, uploads and the designs you generate, as far as the law allows. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them only to run Outclass for you. The AI Usage and Content Ownership Policy explains ownership, commercial use and the limits of AI output in full.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit or suspend accounts that break it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Outclass available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms, in the app and on this page.
Liability
Outclass is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Ending your account
You can stop using Outclass at any time and ask us to delete your account from Billing & Usage (Delete my account). We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Complaints, law and disputes
Contact us first: the Contact and Grievance Redressal lists our support and Grievance Officer details. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without removing any consumer rights you have, or the right to go to court, where you live.
